Site rental                          $110.00 per week

Less pensioner rebate    $30.00 per week (approximately)

Your net payment          $80.00 per week (approximately)

Q. Can I sell my own home?
A. Yes. You may sell your home at any time.  The next owner must be over 50 to be able to occupy the home, if you are wishing to sell.

Q. Can I will my property?

A. Yes you can but remember the park is for over 50’s so if your family wants to move in, remember they must all be over 50 years of age

Q. Are visitors allowed to stay?
A. Yes, family and friends can stay, conditions apply wihtin the park rules that allow for visitors.

Q. Are there any body corporate fees?
A. No, we have an on site manager who looks after the operations and maintenance of the Community facilities.

Q. Are there any other fees payable to the park?

A. Yes, your weekly site fee, which is $110.00 per week (to be paid fortnightly in advance) for the first year with an increase of 3% each year.

Q. Can I put a fence up?
A. Yes, Fences must be of a uniform nature and size.
    (see management regarding size of fencing)

Q. Who looks after lawns and gardens?

A. Residents are responsible for maintaining the front, rear and sides of their site. 

Q. What about my mail?

A. The park owner provides a community facility for mail.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes, pets are welcome as part of your family.  Pets must be approved by management and follow park rules & policies regarding pets.
(Pets must always be on a lead throughout the park)

Q. Can I store a recreational vehicle?
A. We do the best of our ability to suite the homeowner needs to be able to fit a recreational vehicle in our storage area.
